I had tried to sell my house through another real estate agent and had no luck. When the contract expired I met with Wayne Rose. He is a true professional. He showed us what we needed to do to make our house more sellable. He brought in professional photographer to take photos of our house. I have used Wayne Rose to successfully list and sell my property. I originally chose Wayne to list my property because of his long standing knowledge of the college point area...I'm sure glad I did as he outstanding knowledge of the neighborhood.
First off, Wayne gave me a full breakdown of all the houses comparable to mine in the area. It also included house that were under contract, and houses that were recently sold!.....all in one bound copy that I still have today.
Wayne was very responsive from minute one and had an open house within six days of the initial listing. Wayne was very open to my needs of getting higher offers and got us what we were ultimately asking for our property.
Wayne does an outstanding job, and I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to sell a property
